The Center for the Study of Neuroeconomics at George Mason University is a research center dedicated to the experimental study of how emergent computations in the evolved brain interact with economic systems and thus provide a foundation for understanding brain mechanisms.  Director and co-founder, Dr. Kevin McCabe is head of the Virtual Econ Systems (VES) Lab located at the GMU Arlington campus.  Co-founder, Dr. Frank Krueger is head of the Social Cognition and Interaction (SCI) Lab that is located at the GMU Fairfax campus.
